Liquid coating is a surface treatment, applicable to both metal and plastic articles, which can protect and improve its appearance, by means of liquid spray coating.

The application of liquid spray coats offers a wide range of solutions, determined by the numerous possible cycles and the different characteristics of the applicable paints (water or solvent-based, single or two-component, high-temperature adhesion silicone, etc.).

There are many application technologies, such as Airless, Airmix, electrostatic and others.

Information and characteristics of our liquid coating process

We have two pressurised coating plants, with which it is possible to carry out finishing treatments on different substrates, plastic, metal and alloys for a variety of components in different market sectors.
The pressurised systems are fundamental in obtaining an excellent result because they keep the working environment safe from dust and other sources of impurities that could settle on the article to be treated and thus affect the quality of the coating.

We use only high-quality coat products, and have built up a relationship of trust and collaboration over the years with our paint and equipment suppliers, which enables us to offer the highest standards of service.

One of the practices that often involves liquid coating, and which requires extreme precision, is masking (photo above): a necessary step when coating items that require several surface colours.

After painting the article with a base colour, the parts that do not require further treatment are covered with a special film. In this way, the uncovered parts can be retouched and coated as required, usually through the liquid coating. In the photo below, this process was reserved for a cabin for a snow groomer.
