From an initial workshop, the company grew steadily into a recognised name in third-party industrial coatings.

E-coating
In the early 1980s, Romeo Zoccarato introduced e-coating (cataphoresis), becoming the first in Italy to offer this treatment on a third-party, multi-sector basis. A pioneering choice that marked a milestone in the company's history and opened new possibilities in the protection of metal components.
'90.
Expansion
The adoption of international standards and collaboration with world-leading customers marked a new phase of growth for Zoccarato. Expanded production areas and enhanced coating lines strengthened the company's ability to meet the needs of an increasingly global market.

A single site
The growth of recent years has brought the various companies of the Zoccarato Group together under one roof. A strategic step that encourages new investment, strengthens production processes and makes it possible to upgrade the plants with cutting-edge technologies, giving fresh momentum to the company's development.
Our production lines
Zoccarato Industrial Coatings has six main production plants.
+Specialized departments
In addition to the main lines, there are departments dedicated to sealing, assembly, static liquid coating, industrial finishing, polishing and sandblasting.
+In-house laboratory
Our in-house laboratory allows us to perform quality and resistance tests, supporting process control and validation of coating cycles.
+Automation and control
The plants, partly automated and also monitored from remote workstations, are managed by qualified staff to ensure reliability, repeatability and constant quality.
