From the workshop to Europe
The history of our company began in 1962, thanks to the vision and far-sightedness of the founder Romeo Zoccarato and his desire to create an industrial reality that would be able to respond to the growing needs related to the coating of metal and plastic, belonging to the most diverse market sectors.
The company, which today represents an important industrial reality at the European level, operates in an area of 100,000 m², of which 17,000 m² are covered, employing more than 200 people. In addition to these spaces, there are other 6,000 m² entirely covered, dedicated to logistics and storage.

Our industrial coating lines and related services
Zoccarato Industrial Coatings has six production lines, three dedicated to powder coating, two to liquid coating and one for the e-coating process, among the largest in Europe. The plants, some of which are automated and controlled remotely via video terminals, are run by highly qualified staff.
There is also a sealing department, an assembly department, a static liquid coating line, an in-house laboratory for carrying out a wide range of quality and resistance tests, a body shop, an area entirely dedicated to polishing the most delicate components and two shotblasting machines.
