Gloss is classified as matte, semi-gloss or gloss, and the unit of measurement that governs it is called Gloss Units<\/strong> (GU). The process involves the detection of 3 different angles of reflectance, at 20, 60 and 85 degrees<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The rating scale for this parameter goes from a minimum value of 0<\/strong>, indicating a totally non-reflective surface, to a maximum value of 100<\/strong>, indicating the highest possible gloss.<\/p>\n
